Wire Strip Length
Strip the wire to 8±1mm for proper insertion depth.
Overlong stripping causes exposed conductors, while insufficient stripping leads to insulation jamming and poor termination performance.

Use a suitable screwdriver to open the screw clamp. Insert the stripped wire fully into the terminal until the insulation is flush with the housing opening. Tighten the screw securely by hand.
After installation, gently pull the wire to confirm it is firmly seated, and check that no stray strands are exposed outside the terminal block.
Recommended tightening torque per screw: 0.5 N·m

A flat-bladed screwdriver is the only tool required to secure wires to these connectors.
