Closed End IDC Connector with Polarizing Tabs M2051R-N-R

M2051R-N-R is a 2.54mm pitch closed-end IDC connector equipped with built-in polarizing tabs. Designed for AWG22–26 discrete single conductors, it adopts solderless insulation displacement termination for rapid manual assembly. The 90° wire exit optimizes limited internal cabinet space, while polarization design prevents reverse plugging error. Perfectly mates with M2545 straight & M2545R right-angle PCB headers, and supports M2053 protective dust cover. UL94V‑2 flame retardant nylon housing and tin/gold plated brass contacts comply with RoHS, widely used in LED lighting, power supply modules and industrial control wiring.

2.54 Pitch IDC Closed End IDC with Polarizing Tabs

M2051R-N-R series is industry-standard 2.54mm closed end IDC connector available with integrated polarizing tabs, ranging from 2 pin to 24 pin options for diversified wiring requirements. Different from 180° feed-through IDC, its closed rear housing blocks wire pull-out and eliminates mid-cable daisy-chain wiring, featuring compact 90-degree vertical wire routing to save precious PCB enclosure space for miniaturized equipment.

Built-in polar lugs avoid mis-mating during mass production assembly to cut wiring failure rate; IDC piercing design requires no stripping or soldering, greatly speeding up harness production. Compatible with universal M2545/M2545R PCB header and M2053 dust cap to guard terminals against dust and moisture. Constructed with UL94V-2 flame resistant nylon and optional tin/gold plating contacts, the connector is fully RoHS compliant, ideal for point-to-point wiring, high-vibration household appliances, driver modules and compact consumer electronics internal interconnection.
