(1) Four ways of wiring rast connectors
Threaded connection：a connection form often used by connectors with larger dimensions and working in a strong vibration environment. This type of connection can be fitted with a fuse to prevent loosening after the connection is completed. This connection form is reliable, but the connection and unloading speed is slow.
Bayonet connection: it is a reliable and rapid form of connection and separation. Most of the rast connectors of the card 121 connection form have a visual display of correct connection and locking, which can be observed from the small hole on the side of the connector nut.
Plug-in connection: it is a multi-purpose connection form. When the plug and socket of the connector are connected and separated, the moving direction is usually a reciprocating linear motion, without twisting and rotating, and only a small working space is needed to complete the connection and separation. The common plug connection has two structures: ball or pin. Because this connection form does not have a mechanically labor-saving mechanism, once it is inserted incorrectly, the mechanical resistance will increase significantly, and it can be discovered in time.
Cabinet connection: it is a rast connector used for some equipment that needs to be blindly connected near the frame, which can make the electrical equipment lighter and smaller, easier to maintain and more reliable. This type of connection prevents the operator from feeling the connection, and a precise positioning device must be designed to avoid forcibly connecting the mis-plugged connectors together, making mis-plugging impossible. The cabinet-type circular push-pull self-locking connector usually adopts a floating or elastic contact design structure to ensure its correct connection.
(2) Where to keep your rast connectors？
When you do not use a rast connector, for the time being, do not place the connector arbitrarily, especially in a place with sunlight. If you forget to place it due to negligence, the connector will be damaged due to long-term sunlight exposure, which will affect the quality of the rast connector. Its use may even cause safety accidents, so we must carefully remember where the connector can be stored, and must not cause safety accidents due to negligence.
Rast connectors are not allowed to be placed in high temperature places. Continuous high temperature or high humidity will damage the rast connectors, especially in the environment with chemicals, the connectors will be corroded, and the metal protective layer on the outside will lose its protection. The effect of this causes the destruction of the current lines inside. Without the normal conductive function, it becomes a waste.
When you need to move the connector, don't panic. Be careful to avoid the rast connector from touching hard objects and causing damage to the connector. Don't put it under heavy objects to avoid crushing the connector.
There is another enemy to rast connector, that is, grease-like objects. During storage or use, if the grease-like objects are touched, the rast connector will lose its original function and become an obstacle that affects our work.
