The car's rearview mirrors are located on the left and right sides of the car's head and in front of the car's interior. The rear view mirror reflects the rear, side and underside of the car, allowing the driver to see the position indirectly. It acts as a second eye and expands the driver's field of view. The car rearview mirror is an important safety piece, and its mirror, shape and manipulation are quite elaborate. Classification of car rearview mirrors

 

The rearview mirror is divided by the mounting position and is divided into an exterior rear view mirror, a lower rear view mirror and an inner rear view mirror. The rear view mirror assembly is composed of two reversible motors, a reduction gear, a worm wheel, a spiral pivot, a folding mechanism and the like. The rearview mirror electronic control system circuit is mainly composed of left and right rearview mirror motors, position sensors, rearview mirror ECUs, and remote control switches. Each position mirror has two position sensors (horizontal and vertical), the main function of which is to detect the position of the mirror. Including Hall IC and permanent magnets. During operation, the rear view mirror ECU supplies the Hall IC with a 5 V supply voltage.
